Mechanics for Tower 3 Unit Take Out:

  1. Fill out Pag ibig hardcopy forms from the Deca Gold office located in Cebu Business Park. Client will be guided by our Sales coordinator in filling out the forms.
  2. Client should submit 2 valid IDs with 3 specimen signatures and proof of income, same details with in-house mentioned above.
  3. Client complete requirements must be submitted within 7 working days to avail the free downpayment, the client only has to pay the reservation fee.  Upon take out, pay direct monthly amortization to pag ibig.
